R2 Gaming is a Canadian leader in distribution, installation, and technical services for the casino gaming, lottery, and bingo industry nationwide. Founded in 2005 by Rocco DiPaola and Ravi Sharma, the company provides comprehensive solutions including product sales, installation, preventative maintenance, logistics, warehousing, staging, and in-house electronic repair. R2 Gaming supports slot machines, electronic tables, kiosks, lottery systems, and gaming management technology for Crown Agencies and operators across Canada.

In 2016, R2 Gaming expanded its reach by acquiring Lang’s Ventures Inc. (LVI), a BC-based company specializing in electronic point-of-sale services for the lottery industry. Today, R2 Gaming operates seven locations with over 120 staff and field service professionals, holding gaming regulatory licenses in all nine Canadian jurisdictions. With expertise in equipment installation, upgrades, training, and life cycle support, R2 Gaming partners with Tier 1 manufacturers to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance—helping clients maximize both operational efficiency and player experience.
